I have been cooking constructively but this is probably the best meal I've made, defiantly worth attempting one of Jamie's 30 minute meals.

INGREDIENTS
For the potatoes
- 4 large baking potatoes
- 2 sprigs of fresh rosemary
- 4 tsp soured cream
For the hash
- 500g good-quality minced beef
- 2 sprigs of fresh thyme
- 1 red onion
- 2 carrots
- 3 sticks of celery
- A few sprigs of fresh rosemary
- 4 cloves of garlic
- 6 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- A small bunch of fresh flat-leaf parsley
For the beans
- 4 rashers of smoked streaky bacon
- 2 tomatoes
- 1 x 400g tin of butter beans
- Red wine vinegar
- 2 or 3 sprigs of fresh Greek basil or basil, leaves picked
